Nao Watanabe charity live report
Nao Watanabe had a charity live in Tokyo on March 26th for the victims of the earthquake and tsunami. More than 100 people gathered at the venue and thank to them the total amount of the donation went to about $2000. She really appreciated their warm and kind help!

風の強い中、貴重なお時間を頂戴してのコンサート
誠にありがとうございました。
１００名以上の方が来て下さり
中には今日来られないけど、と遠方から寄付をしてくださった方、
車椅子の方、ご高齢の方も、そして
セアまりさんも会場にきてくださいました。
皆様のお心添えのお陰さまで
その額、今回、なんと１５７９４０円でした！！
会場で終始責任をもって募金箱を預かってくれていた生徒さんたちが
ライブ終了後にそのまま郵便局に受け渡し、おくっていただくことができました！

地震から数日が過ぎ日を追おうごとに被災地の皆さんに何か出来ないだろうかという思いが募って参り、スタッフにお願いして今回の公演会場で募金をさせて頂くことにしました。たいへんに非力ではありますが少しでも被災者の為にお役に立てて頂ければと思います。
本公演のライブ会場で東北地方太平洋沖地震への義援金の募金活動を行います。また入場料の一部を義援金として、当日の募金とともに日本赤十字社を通じて被災地に送らせて頂きます。

Akiko Moriyako is a musician of rare elegance, whose sound poems – whilst wholly contemporary – convey a depth and tranquillity that could only be inspired by ancient Japanese tradition.
For this extraordinary debut album she’s chosen to reinterpret the work of international reggae star Maxi Priest, or rather those songs that in Akiko’s own words, “remain hidden.” She uses the analogy of a Samurai sword left unsheathed because whilst some of them were hits, the majority can only be found on Maxi’s albums and have seldom been performed on stage. [LIMITED] Handcraft BONJI Bracelet "Dainichi Nyorai"
Exclusive item from Japanese accessory brand "Kuubokumon".
Bonji is Sanskrit characters started in ancient India and used essentially by Shingon Buddhists in Japan to write out mantra and sutras in Sanskrit. It was introduced to Japan by Ku-Kai in 806 AD after he had studied Sanskrit and Mantrayana Buddhism in China. It is believed that each word represents Buddha and that it has a power to protect people and guide them to right direction just by wearing it. Nowadays, it is often used for tatoo, T-shirts design etc with sense of reverence.
The word for this item represents "Dainichi Nyorai" (Sanskrit = Vairocana or Maha Vairocana), a celestial Buddha who is known as the "great Illuminator" . Dainichi means "the great sun" and shines on all things with a light far more powerful than the sun. In esoteric Japanese Buddhism, the Dainichi Nyorai represents the entire universe itself and is considered the central Buddha. It is believed that he brings wealth, good luck and prosperity.
[A little information about Kuubokumon]
Kuubokumon is an original accessory line from Kyoto, Japan with Kanji design elements utilizing Bonji as motif. This is a one-of-a-kind Japanese accessory with handcrafted carved sumi word on ceramic. Kuubokumon artist, MUGEN custom creates each piece by hand and care.
