行った新入社員研修の講師として招いた。
環境保護活動に取り組む喜多郎さんは新入社員に間伐の方法を教え、
「現在の環境を子どもや孫の世代に手渡していくことがわれわれの責任だ」
と呼び掛けた。

Los Angeles, CA (October 25, 2010), Musically, they're magic, having been classically trained and hailing from some of the most prestigious Schools and Universities. To the eye, the ViVA Girls present one of the most impressive and visually pleasing concert performances one can experience. Their East meets West twist on a unique mix between classical and pop music is especially popular with American audiences.
Creating traditional Chinese music that appeals to younger audiences who love pop music is a challenge the ViVA Girls are exciting to conquer. The 12 classically-trained female musicians who comprise the ViVA Girls perform on traditional Chinese instruments and blur the lines between American music with the traditional sounds on China. The result is an amazing modern-traditional musical hybrid with the intention of pleasing pop sensitive audiences, while staying true to the 12 girls, musicality and eclectic Asian roots.

Nao Watanabe is a rich, expressive vocalist with a dramatic flair. She was introduced to the Japanese artistic community by renowned actor Masayuki Yui who invited the aspiring musician to perform at one his coveted New Year’s Eve parties. Nao found herself performing for an enthusiastic audience of A-list filmmakers, actors, producers and artists. Since then, her star has been on the rise throughout her native Japan.
Nao started her live activities when she became 18 years old. Her poems which ecpress everyday lives with her precise Japanese and realistic expression stopped people walking by. Her song "Invoice" had readched top 10 in the Independent Chart of a cable broadcasting. Her poem of uncommon experience also fascinated people with the words from her strength and honesty.
In the summer at 23 years old, she recorded her new album in Los Angeles. The place where once she longed for and once she gave up on. "Music had overcome the walls of languages and nations." Singing her poems from her past on the tunes which was effected by her new dreams and hopes, Nao's turning point of her life had been embodied in this album.

都内のライブハウスを中心に活動を続けているシンガーソングライター。幼少からクラッシックピアノを学び、16才の時にそれまでに書き留めていた日記をピアノに合わせ作曲活動を始める。
18才の時にライブハウスに初出演。その後、その高いボーカル力が音楽関係者の目に止まり、2003年にファーストアルバム『Sachi』を発表。
生きることをテーマに心こめて歌うその歌声は、多くの観客の心に響き、時に涙を誘う。2004年、喜多郎マネジメント会社DOMOから高い評価を受け、事務所を移籍。L.Aにてアルバムを制作する。2006年５月にはセカンドアルバム『Nao Watanabe』を発表。
アルバム発売を機に、都内のライブハウスを中心に精力的にライブ活動を行う。
バラードを中心にした彼女のステージは多くの人の感動を呼び、2006年7月にはライブハウス「恵比寿天窓スイッチ」にて、初めてのワンマンライブを行い、会場に入りきれないほどの観客動員を記録する。
2008年にはさらに活躍の場を広げていく。
様々なラジオ番組への出演を始め、西東京FM内のラジオ番組ではパーソナリティーを務める。また、 老人施設や障害者施設でのライブ活動も開始。様々な施設を訪問し、
歌う事の楽しさと喜びを伝え、同時に癒しと安らぎを与えている 。 彼女のライフワークの一つとして 今後も施設での活動を続けてゆく。
さらに大人気カバーアルバムFlavorシリーズの日本語シリーズ”Flavor bossa tears”へ参加し、楽曲を提供した。
2009年からは日本の童謡や民謡へも関心を広げ、新たな試みとして取り組んでいる。
音楽を通して渡邊奈央が伝えていきたいこと。
生きる喜び、命の尊さ、側にいる人たちの大切さ。
それらを丁寧に表現し歌い続けてゆくこと、そして、子供たちの心へ響く歌を創り、世界の人たちと音楽を通しつながってゆくこと。

Dave Eggar Returns to Big Stone Gap
American cellist, pianist, and composer Dave Eggar will be performing at the Southwest Virginia Museum Historical State Park in Big Stone Gap, Virginia, on Tuesday, October 5. This free concert, sponsored by the Southwest Virginia Museum and ProArt, will be held under an event tent on the lawn of the museum and will begin at 7:00 p.m.
A musical prodigy as a child, Dave Eggar began playing the cello and piano at age three. By the age of seven, Dave had performed on Broadway and with the Metropolitan Opera. He debuted at Carnegie Hall at the age of 15. Dave is a graduate of Harvard University and the Julliard School's Doctoral Program.
Mr. Eggar has appeared worldwide as a solo cellist and pianist. A virtuoso of many musical styles, Dave has performed and recorded with artists in numerous genres including The Who, Dr. Ralph Stanley and the Clinch Mountain Boys, and Coldplay.
