Los Angeles, CA (August 10, 2010) - The GRAMMY Museum is proud to present Drum Workshop Inc.'s moving new documentary, The Love Project Journey. During the film, acclaimed female touring and session drummer Yael invites the viewer on a journey sure to inspire drummers of every musical genre. Fueled by a true passion for music and a love for the art of drumming, Yael teams up with a cast of fellow musicians that includes drumming legend Terry Bozzio, Stone Sour drummer Roy Mayorga, and guitarist extraordinaire, Alex Skolnick, as well as HBO Treme's Lucia Micarelli on violin, Dave Eggar & his cello, Soprana Sasha Lazard, NYC's Toni Ridley, underground New Orleans DJ Jay Sustain and more. Together, they create a musical experience that crosses musical boundaries and proves that persistence and vision can spark an amazing musical collaboration. The Love Project Journey is like no other drum DVD ever made, encouraging everyone to play with heart and create their own musical journeys. Yael will be on-hand after the film to take questions from the audience and perform and sign DVD's from the audience.
